It seems that you have a tiny, yet crucial, problem understanding the basic structures of the English language.
The article at theinquirer.net clearly states that ”[the device] also comes with {accessories like a car mounting kit, straps, chargers and everything you need} in the box. There is none of the {buy it and get a doorstop until {you spend another $200 on branded bits}}, this is a complete kit.” (emphasis and brackets mine)

Which part of ”This is a complete kit” do you interpret as ”you need to shell out $200 extra”? You see, the last sentence of your article changes the meaning dramatically.

Apart from nitpicking, I’m looking forward to the phone =)
