I whose a smoker and now I don’t like go where there is smoke inside. This is a wonderful idea (and marketing) for (high-class) cigar smokers, where they can stay quite and drink a good glass of wine.
I remember when Italy was banned smoking on the restaurants (I lived in Mountain), who wanted to quit smoking outdoors and frozen (coming at -20 ° C [-4° F] in winter) and then some owners of public places have installed outside the wooden houses heated: has been a success.

This is a rolling gentleman’s club. The upholstery, paneling and color scheme say it all. The only thing missing is a ”boys only” sign on the front door.
